Operating System Installation
- Service comprises the Data backup and restore (on client request and requirement).
- Clean installation of the OS (Windows 10 or 11 or as per the compatibility of the system) with Standard software installation.
- Configuring 2 local user accounts.
- Purge and Disable Bloatware and some non-essential system Services.
- Pc Tune-up & Performance Optimization.
- Our engineer will first inspect your laptop and then accordingly upgrade or install the OS.
Virus Removal / Software Installation
- Our engineer will scan your laptop, remove viruses, malware, or spyware, or install any software as needed.
- Software cost is not included in the service.
- Operation system installation is not supported.
Data Backup / Recovery
- Our engineer will first inspect your laptop and then recommend a way to safely backup or restore the data.
- If the device is physically damaged, data backup or recovery may not be feasible.
- The service does not cover the cost of spare parts if needed.
Laptop Repair/Upgrade
- Services Comprise of Laptop Spare part replacement/upgrades such as Hinges, Top case, Bottom case, Bezel, Palm rest, Screen, Speaker, Battery, Keyboard, Memory, HDD, SSD, Motherboard etc and more.
- Our laptop service engineer will inspect, diagnose and repair/upgrade your Laptop/MacBook.
- Our engineer will inspect your laptop, diagnose the issue, and recommend the required solution.
- The laptop repair service does not cover the cost of spare parts if needed.
Laptop Heating issue
- Service includes cleaning the internal heatsink fan and vents, replacing the cooling gel if necessary, cleaning the keyboard, and performing internal and external case cleanup.
Our SSD Upgrade (Flash-up) Service
- Service comprises the Data backup and restore (on client request and requirement).
- SSD installation (as per system compatibility & Client requirement)
- Clean installation of the OS (Windows 10 or 11 or as per the compatibility of the system), Standard software installation.

- Complete breakdown coverage with labor, and service charges covered. Spare parts, if needed, will be charged separately.
