What is a GI eGift Card/Voucher?

GI eGift Card/Voucher is a voucher issued by GI for free (During offers)and at the prepaid payment with Denominations of ₹250, ₹500, ₹1,000, ₹2,000, ₹5,000, ₹7,500 & ₹10,000, you can use it for yourself or gift someone instead of money to pay for services at Grace Infotech Store as per applicable law. 

The GI Complementary & Prepaid eGiftCard/Voucher will be sent by GI to the customer via email or WhatsApp after receiving the payment.

How do you use the GI eGift Card/Voucher?

To Redeem your GI eGift Card/Voucher

1. Visit our Grace Infotech Store and redeem the eGC as per the applicable law.
2. The receiver can share the 16-digit alpha-numeric code (e.g. 8U95-Y3E8-29MP-5QCQ) with the Grace Infotech Authorised person to validate and redeem the eGift Card/Voucher on the applicable Services.

• Sold and delivered only by Grace Infotech.
• GI eGift Card/Voucher are redeemable at the Grace Infotech Store.
• GI eGift Card/Voucher per card is Limited to one laptop per customer.

• GI eGift Card/Voucher can only be purchased using Cash and UPI payment.
• eGift Card/Voucher cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Except as provided hereunder or as per applicable law, the amount in your eGift Cards will not be refunded to you under any circumstances. No refund will be provided in cash, at any point in time.
• GI eGift Card/Voucher cannot be refunded or returned.
• The complimentary issued eGift Card/Voucher is valid only for 365 days from the date of issuance, carries no fees and the validity cannot be extended as per our policy. In the case of the prepaid eGift Card/Voucher, if you are unable to use it within 1 year, you can contact our customer care to extend the validity of the eGift Card/Voucher.

2. Refuse service to any customer if the requested service violates applicable laws or policies or if the customer’s behaviour is deemed inappropriate, abusive, or threatening.
3. Decline repairs on devices that are beyond economical repair or that may pose safety risks, such as severe liquid damage, short circuits, or fire hazards.
4. Substitute components with equivalent new or refurbished parts if the exact replacement is unavailable.
5. Retain possession of repaired devices until full payment for services rendered has been received.
