1. General Information

Grace Infotech will only perform PC/laptop services, repairs, and upgrades as requested by the customer. We will conduct honest, reasonable, and considerate services to provide the highest quality of service and support. However, specific results cannot be guaranteed. However, by engaging our services, customers agree to the following terms and conditions:

2. Service Limitations  
  • Your system will not be intentionally harmed. The primary goal is to fix your PC/laptop, not to damage it.
  • If your PC/laptop is kept in our custody for repairs/upgrades and an additional issue occurs beyond the one reported and diagnosed during troubleshooting, you agree to hold Grace Infotech and any person(s) associated with Grace Infotech or involved in the work being done for you harmless from damages resulting from such problems, as system hardware issues are uncertain and can occur at any time regardless of usage, age, quality, and brand of the system.
  • In the case of accidental data damage or data loss caused by pre-existing problems in your system such as viruses, poorly configured software, or hardware problems/failures, you agree to hold Grace Infotech and any person(s) associated with Grace Infotech or involved in the work being done for you harmless from damages resulting from such problems.
  • Grace Infotech is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or damage that occurs during repair services. Customers are strongly advised to back up their data before submitting their devices for service.

  • Any warranties provided for repairs or products are limited to the terms specified during the service or purchase.

3. Diagnosis and Repairs

Diagnosis fees may apply even if the customer chooses not to proceed with repairs after the diagnosis.
Grace Infotech will not be held liable for any additional issues discovered during the repair process that were not initially apparent.
Repairs may require the replacement of components with new or refurbished parts. Warranty terms for replacement parts will be communicated clearly at the time of service.

4. Warranty
  • Repairs are covered by a limited warranty for a specified period as outlined in the service agreement. Warranty claims are valid only for the specific issue addressed during the repair and do not cover new or unrelated problems.
  • Physical damage, water damage, and tampering with the repaired device will void the warranty.
5. Third-Party Software and Products
  • Grace Infotech is not responsible for any issues caused by third-party software or accessories installed by the customer.
  • Customers acknowledge that some repair processes may involve reinstalling or upgrading the operating system, which may affect software compatibility.
6. Liability
  • Grace Infotech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from repair services or delays in service delivery.
  • In case of accidental damage to the customer’s device caused by Grace Infotech during repair, liability will be limited to the repair or replacement cost of the affected component.
7. Uncollected Items
  • Customers must collect their devices within 30 days of repair completion. Devices left unclaimed after this period may incur storage fees or be disposed of as per company policy. 
8. Terms of Payment
  • Payment for services is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unpaid invoices may result in the withholding of the repaired device until full payment is made.
9. Agreement to Terms

By submitting a device for repair or purchasing products from Grace Infotech, customers confirm their agreement to these terms and conditions

10. Disclaimer:
Grace Infotech reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
  1. Modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting or communication to customers.
  2. Refuse service to any customer if the requested service violates applicable laws or policies or if the customer’s behaviour is deemed inappropriate, abusive, or threatening.
  3. Decline repairs on devices that are beyond economical repair or that may pose safety risks, such as severe liquid damage, short circuits, or fire hazards.
  4. Substitute components with equivalent new or refurbished parts if the exact replacement is unavailable.
  5. Retain possession of repaired devices until full payment for services rendered has been received.

By engaging with Grace Infotech’s services or purchasing products, customers agree to these terms and conditions as well as any subsequent amendments made by the company.

Privacy Policy

We use brand names on our website for reference purposes only. As independent service repair providers for all electronic devices, we are not affiliated with any brands.

Warranties:

The warranties for our services or parts are tailored to each customer’s specific needs, considering factors such as model, make, year, and availability. These details are communicated to the customer in written form through an invoice at the time of opting for our services or products.
