Grace Infotech will only perform PC/laptop services, repairs, and upgrades as requested by the customer. We will conduct honest, reasonable, and considerate services to provide the highest quality of service and support. However, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
1.1 Your system will not be intentionally harmed. The primary goal is to fix your PC/laptop, not to damage it.
1.2 If your PC/laptop is kept in our custody for repairs/upgrades and an additional issue occurs beyond the one reported and diagnosed during troubleshooting, you agree to hold Grace Infotech and any person(s) associated with Grace Infotech or involved in the work being done for you harmless from damages resulting from such problems, as system hardware issues are uncertain and can occur at any time regardless of usage, age, quality, and brand of the system.
1.3 In the case of accidental data damage or data loss caused by pre-existing problems in your system such as viruses, poorly configured software, or hardware problems/failures, you agree to hold Grace Infotech and any person(s) associated with Grace Infotech or involved in the work being done for you harmless from damages resulting from such problems.
By acknowledging this Service Agreement, you accept the above terms and conditions.
