Warranty Policy

Thank you for your interest in the services of Grace Infotech. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods of Grace Infotech. This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Grace Infotech will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of technical issues, under normal use and maintenance. Grace Infotech will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or exchange the product with a new or refurbished product. If the product is out of stock at the time of replacement, then it will be done when the product is back in stock. 

The warranty period for physical goods purchased from Grace Infotech is from the billing date.

What is covered?

Grace Infotech’s product warranty covers defects in products or technical issues in the products for the duration of the warranty period. 

After repairs/replacement, the warranty will remain only for the unexpired period of the warranty. Grace Infotech will retain any replaced part/s or component/s. No extension of the warranty period will be done. If the product is found defective after checking by the service centre then a new product or equivalent product will be issued against the faulty product. Freight and handling costs from one side i.e. service centre to the customer.

What is not covered?

  • The product is altered or has any labels damaged tampered or missing. 
  • The problem is caused by physical damage or backup in the laptop battery not resulting from a technical issue. 
  • Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, operation or failure to follow instructions contained in your manual.
  • Repair or attempted repair by anyone other than Grace Infotech or a Grace Infotech-authorised service centre.
  • Freight and handling costs from one side. 
  • Transportation/courier-related damages arising not because of Grace Infotech, when the product is sent to the service centre, we would treat it as “out of warranty”.
  • Physically damaged, burnt, connectors damaged or cables damaged etc.
  • The product is a non-genuine Grace Infotech product that has a supporting invoice/bill.
  • Defects due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of God or while in transit to the service centre or customer.
  • Any issues related to any 3rd party products/services.
  • Evidence of alteration, erasing or forgery of proof of purchase documents.
  • Accessories are given by the products like screws and power cords.

The warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product which means it is not transferable. The product can be returned in a package that provides an equal degree of protection to the product. If a product is lost or damaged while in transit to Grace Infotech, to be returned under warranty, then the customer shall assume all risk of loss or damage while in transit. The service centre will retain any replaced part/s or component/s.Under all circumstances, the decision of whether the product is valid for warranty or not rests solely with Grace Infotech.
